California King Salmon Collar & Head

Fresh off the boat, California King Salmon has a short fishing season so it's highly desirable. This Salmon is line-caught from Monterey, CA. 

California King Salmon Collar is the part of the fish between the head and body that consist of oily fatty meat. It's great for smoking and grilling. 

Note: Each salmon collar + head together is around 1-2lbs in size.

Note: Our fish is cut straight off the boat. Each pound is a weight estimate, it is not exact. Each cut of fish is about 1-2lbs in size and we suggest ordering at least 2lbs for the best cut of fish. All fish comes with the skin on and bloodline in.

We have a $40 minimum on all delivery orders. Orders over $75 deliver for free and orders under $75 will have a $10 delivery fee.
