Yellowtail (Hamachi) Collar is the part of the fish between the head and body that consist of oily fatty meat. It's great for smoking and grilling.
Note: Each hamachi collar is around 1-2lbs in size.
We have a $40 minimum on all delivery orders. Orders over $75 deliver for free and orders under $75 will have a $10 delivery fee.
