1 Lemon, Zested
1  Peach, Peeled and Dices
12 Pitted Black Olives, Halved
1 Fresh Red Chili Pepper, Finely Chopped
1 Tablespoon Fresh Chives, Finely Chopped

Fresh Parsley Leaves
